I think my favorite glitch pokemon might have to be Bad EGG, which itself isn’t particularly impressive or scary, but peoples’ reactions to it are amazing. It was introduced in ruby/sapphire as what happens when a pokemon has an invalid checksum (i.e. you tried to hack it to have an illegal moveset)
It’s usually not possible to end up with one without hacking, but when I was lurking around on various pokemon forums it was infamous for slowly turning all of your other pokemon into badeggs. (keep in mind- this was a problem with the newer games, not RBY which nobody played seriously anymore).
Bulbapedia has nothing about this, but googling turned up a gamefaqs thread that suggests the problem is alive and well even in X and Y. Here’s my favorite quote:

Procedures for dealing with a bad egg in your pc:
