…this is weird but I actually am glad to have learned that term which I had somehow never heard before; somehow learning that there’s a formal name for it makes it sound like a “serious” thing people can actually do. I’d felt weird and silly proposing it before, yet it seems very useful as an additional option even for heterosexual couples.
