1. windows 98 really did work better than windows 95. remember the “please wait while windows shuts down your computer” shutdown screen in 95 which lasted well over a solid minute before you got the “it is safe to shut down your computer” screen? well anyway i remember it, and 98 fixed that bullshit
2. life is a windows 98 release party, we are all dour rotund balding men in unimpressive shirts and ties and glasses, and we are all waiting in line at the hot dog booth
